Technical Director

Daniel, is the design director of Coolnice and one of the founder of Coolnice, leads a 8 people design team. With his 27 years in the Silicone industry, his creative design ability had brought Coolnice with 7 red dot award on designed product and 9 products in invention patents.

With his experienced design analysis, determines the market and customer needs, Daniel had successfully help clients solved their product design problem and achieve exclusively sales for 1.2 million dollars in a year.

Steven Deng

Director of Product Design

Steven is one of the founder of Coolnice, has been in the silicone industry for 25 years and has been working on the front line ever since. Coolnice entire product creation process are under his leadership.

Steven is also the key man when there is any technical problems to solve in the factory. His expertise is well versed in all kinds of printing techniques, as well as raw material to silicone, plastic injection molding development.

Anna is a motivated, responsible sales manager with 11 years experiences on international sales and rich knowledge of silicone products. She helps at least 3 customers starts from 0 -commerce experience to annual sales of 1 million dollars major leading company by assisting them select products and provide sales solutions. Under her leads, Coolnice sales team achieves sales goal and forecasting trending products by providing the appropriate customer solutions and consistent account management of both new and existing customers.
